A story in sculpture, “The Lovers’ Rendezvous”
The female sculpture is seen climbing out of her bedroom window to elope with the male figure, who is holding metal flowers for her.
Just look up to view the sculptures on the front side of the 748 Broadway Avenue building, Dunedin, Florida, next door to Rosie’s Tavern.
In 2014, I was one of 4 artists involved in the creation of a “Story in Sculpture”
My contribution to this “Story in Sculpture” includes the stained-glass window at the top, the woman’s cap, and her mosaic jacket.
